Guerilla Rocks is a club night where we aim to bring together as many styles of alternative music as possible, without prejudice or preference towards any of those genres. We don't wish to offend people by playing too much, or too little of any one style. For more info on the kind of songs you might hear, click on The DJs.

We've been described musically as "Reading festival in a club night" in terms of the eclectic alternative styles we play. We have different DJs to add to the musical variety, and hence to your enjoyment, from classic rock to hardcore metal to pop punk, its all here at Guerilla Rocks...
 

THE VENUE - WHERE AND WHEN

You can find us every tuesday night, 10.30 - 3.00 @ The Pav Tav (upstairs). The Pav Tav has long been one of Brightons most popular alternative venues, a 300-capacity club that has been established in the alternative scene for years.

The venue is at 7-8 Castle Square, Brighton, within easy reach of main bus stops (Old Stein / Bottom of North Street) and the train station. Click for a MAP
 

ADMISSIONS

We start letting people in at 10.30. We stay open usually till 3.

MEMBERS: £1 before 12, £2 after
NUS: £2 all night
OTHERS: £3
Anyone can sign up as a member for free!

Price varies with time, and note that it's well worth joining as a member - it's free to do so! Also - PLEASE bring ID to avoid disappointment - i.e. recognised photo ID such as a driving licence, passport. R.O.A.R. We are unable to give refunds, or negotiate on entry price.

NOVEMBER 2007 Described as like "the Reading festival in a club night", Guerilla Rocks does indeed rock as it hurls everything at you from both classic rock to full-on metal to the bouncy joys of pop-punk. They know how to party in style in Brighton and you can be assured of a fine fucking soundtrack, whether you're getting shitfaced, dancing like someone attacehd electrodes to your nipples or getting in for some of the old-fashioned snogging action. Drinks are cheap too - Snakebite and black for only £2 kids!
